1. Trade Site Development

Some time has past since the last revision of the snaplockseam.co.uk website, in the process of developing this site as the upgrade it was decided instead to focus this website on trade customers and how better rates are offered when the information to request a quote is clear and concise.

This site has a resources page that will be populated with useful information to assist the ordering process. And a section where more example projects can be added.

This new version better represents the quality brand that is Snaplock®, providing key information about the product, available finishes along with project examples and the ordering process. We also have a blog area for information and updates.

2. Installers

We may be able to connect you with installers that service your area. Once we have provided a materials quote that is accepted we can seek an installer that is able to provide a quote. Sometimes installers look at a project and agree to do it but only in traditonal standing seam, this is often due to the limitations the Snaplock® seam has for more complicated detailing. However Merlin Metals also supply traditonal standing seam panels TSS Panels® so pre made components can be sent in the same way as Snaplock® or an installer may make everything on site.

3. Training

Training courses are available for Snaplock® from a basic course to more project specifc elements meaning for the self builder a course in Snaplock® could provide the knowlegde to install your specific roof or wall system. Such project specifc training may relate to valleys or rooflight flashing kits, penetrations or other details.
